Enjoyed ms dymond and dr R ! Will refer to friends… fast foward….. after every appointment something was wrong with braces. Either the wire sliding to one side of my mouth to cause the wire to dig in to cheeks and cause infections. They were able to get me in quick each time to fix but something always felt uncomfy. Both jobs ended during the summer and i informed one person of this and that i need the auto pay to end for two months … had a bit of an argument about that but ther auto pay finally stopped trying to bill my card. Finally called when both jobs were back open and was told i would have to pay to debar or full amount. After that call was over another person called and was very rude. Asking me if i knew my job would end for two months why did i waste theyre time with coming to them for braces ! Do not go here. Avoid them if possible.

Awesome experience with Vibrant Orthodontics. The staff is very pleasant and pay close attention to detail. I didn't have any discomfort when braces were put on. Had to adjust some of my eating habits but all of that worked itself out. I broke a bracket the second week, but Vibrant handled that with ease. I would highly suggest Vibrant Orthodontics to anyone who is considering getting braces. And you're never too old to correct that smile. I'm 63 and I love the difference I'm seeing. Thanks Vibrant!!

The staff at Vibrant Orthodontics is truly delightful. From their positive and bubbly attitudes, to the way they communicate with one another. They make you feel at home with coffee and tea, water and even blankets if you’re chilly. I look forward to being a patient of theirs for the next couple of years.

I had a wonderful experience at Vibrant Orthodontics! The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. They were attentive, asking if I was cold and even offering me a cover, which I really appreciated. They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and made sure I understood everything. The payment options are affordable, which is a huge plus. A special shoutout to Katrina—she was super friendly and helpful! Overall, I highly recommend Vibrant Orthodontics—10/10!

For starters, the staff and Dr. Rezaie were so welcoming. I loved the office! This was by far the best doctor’s office visit I’ve had! They were fast, professional, and always answered any questions I had prior to getting my braces. I love the fact that they’re understanding, and willing to work with you. Dee was very helpful when it came to paperwork and payments. Yesica, was amazing as well, she made sure I was comfortable during the process. I can’t thank Dr.Rezaie enough. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone because I’m beyond blessed to have an amazing team to get my VIBRANT SMILE. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I’m not crying, you are 🥹😭 my last visit, Ms. Judy took very good care of me , she was the absolute best! I loved her and her customer service. I love the whole Vibrant office!

I’m an FSU student that needed a new set of plastic retainers and I had a wonderful experience at Vibrant! A lot of places were either too expensive or turned me away since I would have been a “new” patient but Vibrant took me in with open arms. Ms. Gay did an amazing job making my retainers and her fantastic bedside manner was a plus. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or unseen. Dr. Rezaie (the main orthodontist) was great as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to both new patients and patients that have already completed treatment.

I had to get an old bonded retainer removed. Vibrant is very efficient. I went in for my consultation and right after they were able to set me up for the removal and new retainer fitting. Gay was so nice and somehow did the molds in the least unpleasant way I've ever experienced. Then she had my new retainers made and ready the very next day! Quite impressive

Ms.Bell and Dr.R did a great job putting my braces on and they was so gentle and helpful. Shelbie helped me with getting started when it came to financing, come to VIBRANT I got to get rose gold brackets which are rare!!!

My experience has been amazing here at Vibrant Orthodontics! The treatment plan was laid out in the beginning and everything was followed throughly! I was able to finish early with a picture perfect smile! The ENTIRE staff was welcoming from walking into the door and being greeted, to being informed on all the information I needed at each appointment. I will recommend them 1000 times!
