How often do you wear aligners?

Can I drink with my aligners in?
You can drink water with them in 100%! We would never dream of taking away your coffee or wine (if you’re 21+!) but we do ask that you take out your Invisalign before enjoying those items. Since you are changing your aligners frequently, it may be okay to have some non-dark non-water drinks as long as you rinse the aligner vigorously afterwards.
