We love showing our appreciation to our patients through our fantastic referral system. Our Share a Smile program truly is the gift that keeps on giving.
Here’s how it works:
When checking out from your scheduled appointment, you’ll receive two Share a Smile cards with your ID number on them. Hand one card to each person you refer. When a new patient brings their Share a Smile card to their free consultation and begins treatment, you’ll receive a $150 credit toward your existing balance. You can refer as many patients as you like throughout your treatment. However, once your financial agreement is complete and your payments are finished, you will no longer be eligible for the Share a Smile program.
